CONVERSATION

One request that many students have is to practice speaking more. This course will help you communicate more effectively and confidently in spoken English.

Students have the opportunity to develop their conversational skills through high-interest news stories that explore world and national news, health, education, politics, and sports. Following class discussions about the news stories, additional speaking activities such as presentations, debates, mock interviews, dramatic reenactments and mock news reporting provide opportunities for extra practice.

ACCREDITATION

Face to Face Learning Center is accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation for the period December 2016 through April 2031 and agrees to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions. CEA is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency for English language programs and institutions in the U.S..
